2 Schools Workshop
Our chapter is excited to host a double workshop to learn ikebana from 2 schools that are less familiar to us. We are grateful to our facilitators from Singapore, Dr. Leonard Lim of the Ikenobo School and Anju Bhardwaj of the Ichiyo School for agreeing to facilitate this workshop for us. It will be insightful to see how these practitioners, using the same materials, show us how to express Ikebana from the perspective of the oldest 16th century school, Ikenobo and the modern 20th century Ichiyo school.

All materials will be provided but attendees must bring their own cutters.

The workshop venue is the recently opened Sea & Saw Cafe along the waterfront, so come for an enlightening Ikebana by the Sea in a beautifully designed space.

Mini Display
Members are encouraged to display arrangements at this event - please express your interest to your Ikebana teachers to coordinate with Program chairman Lira.
